Using the Catappa Leaves Online Store by registering as a member or purchase any of our items, you agree to the following shipping & returns policy. In these terms "we" and "us" refer to Catappa Leaves Online Store, "you" and "your" refer to the customer.

For Singapore Domestic Delivery

1.  We only use Singapore Post and not any other courier service to deliver your orders. The delivery of your order and any dispute arising out of such delivery is subject to the terms and condition under Singapore Post. You can read about their Terms Of Use from this link here 

2. We will post out your order at 6.pm the same day you fully paid for your ordered. Order received after 3.pm will be posted out on the next working day by 6.pm.

4. If your total order is less than SGD$15 and it is below 2kg, we will charge an additional $2.00 for delivery.
    If your total order is SGD$15 and above and is below 2kg, we will provide free delivery for your order.
    If your total order is SGD$15 and above but is above 2kg, we will switch to speedpost service and charge an additional $6.10 for delivery.    

For International Shipping 

The latest Sing Post International Airmail Registered shipping rates are as follow :


1.  All products listed in Catappa Leaves Online Store are exclusive offer, that means the shipping cost is not added into the final price. 

2.  We will only use Singapore Post service and not any other courier service to ship your orders. The shipping of your order and any dispute arising out of such shipping is subject to the terms and condition under Singapore Post. You can read about their Terms Of Use from this link here 

3.  We will immediately ship out your order after receiving the payment notification email from PayPal. We will do our best to ship on the same day of your purchase unless we receive the notification email after 5pm Singapore local time.

4.  We will declare by indicating the content clearly on all our packages for customs purposes. Having said that, we will not be responsible for any delivery detained by your customs for inspection.

5.  Unless you choose for Registered Airmail services, all packages will be shipped by normal mail without any tracking. Under normal condition, deliveries to USA, Canada and any European countries from Singapore by will takes about 7 to 10 working days. But now due to the disruption caused by the spreading of the Covid-19, all international mailing services has been delayed, both domestic & overseas. Our experience shows that normal parcel sending from Singapore could take as long as a month to reach any international destination. If you want your order to be ship with tracking, please choose this option during your check-out for your purchase.  

6.  All cares and measures will be applied during our packaging and handling, however there are still areas under shipping that are beyond our control despite the most protective packaging we can provide, such as delayed due to very bad weather, like extremely heavy snow, heavy floods, misrouted, lost, misplaced, and the current pandemic situation. 

Returns

1.  We stand by the quality of all our products and our services. But if you are dissatisfied with our services or products, we offer you a 100% full refund. All we ask is that you send back the original packaging of the parcel together with the items it contain to us. 

2.  All return shipping cost are to be bear by you. 

3.  Any package shipped and reached your destinated country that are being return to us by the Post Office for the reason of No Such Person and Unclaimed, Catappa Leaves Online Store reserve the right to request the actual shipping cost from you if you wants the package to be ship to you again.

4.  All cares and measures will be apply during packaging of your orders to prevent our products from crushing during shipping but that does not guarantee the fine condition of the products after we pack them. We can control on our side but we can't control the Post Office and the Postman's handling.
